The Markthaus began in 2021 as a pop-up space in Marburg's old town and evolved into its own store concept. From 2022 to 2024, it served as the link between regional producers and conscious consumers. Together with Marburg Stadt & Land Tourismus GmbH, it was the first point of contact for over 40,000 tourists annually.
